I want to Rip my Fingers Off

Lately, my fingers have itched, burned, and stung until I want to rip them off or dig out them out. I don't know what to do. I don't want to use my limited pain meds for itchy, burning hands but I can't stand this anymore. Do your fingers ever itch? What do you do about it?

Sometimes it happens when the temperature is very hot. Try to soak your hands in cold water for a few minutes.

@akalinus After you soak your hands, raise your arms and move the hands for 20 seconds, it helps.

It has happened before but has never been that bad. It affected one or two fingers, now it is all of them.

@akalinus Try to visit get any alternative medicine centers like ayurveda if you can... they give good results in these cases
