Life is not bad without a mobile phone

My phone was so disturbing and no one can reach me through phone at present. On first day I felt I was missing something while leaving from home to office but now I become habitual.
All of a sudden many started to tell me that my phone was not getting through ( they called me up)? When my phone was alright no one wanted to call me so it is not my mistake.
However, for some purpose a mobile phone is mandatory
. Hubby promised me to buy a new phone, don’t know when?
According to you what are the advantages and disadvantages for not having a mobile phone?

Advantage is we never get bored if we have one.
Disadvantage is we waste a lot of time and energy on it.

Haha yes it's really better when we don't have a mobile phone, we can enjoy our life without connecting to people and we can enjoy ourselves without the Internet which always keeps us busy in online relationships while we forget the real relationship. Once I switched off my mobile for one month and I can't explain in my words that how much I enjoyed it was really peaceful and calm and relaxing.
But yes it's a need now a days so if we are tired of having a smartphone we can either try to switch to a simple phone like a keypad one where we can just take calls and text messages.

Yes, dear, however on returning to mobile and whatsapp, many asked me whether I was out of whatsapp? It created so many confusions among people too.
(I am in charge of a children's organization and deputed some extra responsibilities on meghala level and they called me and I was not available either on phone or in whatsapp
).
I am not an addicted person on mobile either, using only for the important needs. I agree a phone is required in our day to day need to get connect with people.

For me, It`s hard not having a mobile phone because it`s part of our life since we needed close communications with our families while they`re out somewhere, friends and relatives too

No phone bills. Honestly I hardly use it. So no great disadvantage for me. I don't use phone as much either. So only when I have to buy insurance and call the agent, or follow up with a tenant or advocate, it serves some purpose. Otherwise, it is of little use to me.

Disadvantage, I would miss out on most of the business opportunities. Advantage, I can have less stress.

In this fast-paced world, we need a mobile phone, especially during emergency situations. I can't leave home without my mobile phone because what if I get stranded somewhere, etc. The only disadvantage for me is the radiation that it emits and I get addicted to it sometimes.

I do not have Android, so my phone serves only for calls and messages, and my family only has family members. So it goes on for a few days that nobody calls me.
