Finished the geraniums at last... They are now in the garden shed airing in the paper bags. That was the big job that I wanted to finish before the day was out. I really shouldn't have bought so many now that I think about... but they were pretty awesome. Unfortunately, it took longer to prepare them for the move than I expected!! After that I decided to see if any of the melons were ripe enough for lunch today. Found one that was the perfect size. Pretty sure the variety is called Bambino, but this one is a little larger that they were last year. I guess that it is loving the heat that we have been experiencing and the extra water that I have been giving him. For those of you who find the regular size melons simply too big for your family, we are finding that the Bambino variety is perfect for the three of us. We can polish one off easily in a day so not problem finding a spot in the refrigerator to store it. And there are all the cantaloupe that is ripening. There is one out there that is close... so I'm thinking that we will likely be having melon of some sort every day until we head out for the new home. Do you have a favorite melon? Our daughter can't stand cantaloupe for some reason!

I don't know what a Pelargonium is. I like to eat watermelon, melon, and cantaloupe.

Melons seem to take a lot of room in a fridge. Glad you've got your geraniums sorted.
