Hello everyone.
Since I need to do. Lot of errands today and it is raining, I decided to stay for awhile at my son's school to wait for the bank to open.
There are sime 3-5 nannies here waiting for the kids until they go home. As I was sitting on the other side, I can hear them talking about their employer. Two of those nannies have loud voices and are really angry at their employer for not giving their salaries on time.
I know for some part, it is the employer's responsibility to give the salary on time but the way they re-enact the scenarios, to me it seems that they are they employers and not the employee. Shouting and answering back in a bad manner to their employer is still not good.
Hope you have a good night/day!

i hope those nannies are paid their PAG-IBIG, SSS, Philhealth benefits since that is part of the 'kasambahay' law.

I think employers and nannies should understand each other. The employer should pay wages on time.

They love gossiping too which is something that I don't like in this country. It's very common for nannies and house maids to talk behind their employees back and when they need something, they're very kind.

you hear the same while at the grocery store, the department store and restaurants/fastfood chains. staff are either complaining about co-workers or boss, or comparing past /current jobs, or passing info about new prospects.

They would not like being fired for talking about them
