I have had an irritating day at the hospital. That included long conversations with the health insurance that discovers that I can be insured for this or that after saying initially no.
All that implies going to and fro from secretaries that know nothing to the doctor that knows how to cure, but not the administrative part.
Finally I got what I wanted. After paying a lot as deductible, I will be able to get a PET-TC(Positron Emission Tomography) that is unbelievable expensive at cost 0. I will save only for that test over the amount of a flight to the other side of the world. And the deductible will last for a year for many other exams and doctor appointments.
My feet hurt, my back hurts and I´m more than tired.

I had a doctors visit today but it was the grocery store visit that made my feet and back hurt and tired me out.

II also went to the farmer´s market as it is near the hospital. That didn´t help me either.

@LadyDuck There is a new law here that if you enter a hospital through Emergency, they will treat you fist and ask later. It was not so before.

@marguicha I had this experience when I end up at the ER because of my kidneys. I was also in horrible pain.

The PET will be zero. But to have the right to have it that way, I had to pay around US $450. Still, the real price of the exam would have been US$ 1800

There is a hospital where I was treated when I had met with that accident. That hospital gets crowded every single moment and going there as an outpatient is a nightmare. But I know someone there who helps me to get to my doctor faster than others. I have never felt the need to go there now.

I walked too much. And I have had back surgery and have serious disk problems. And I have a neuropathy in my feet as a side effect of chemotherapy.

At the health insurance company, the people there think that we have an army of helpers to bring them all sorts of papers, even when we are hospitalized.
