French fries v/s Potato Wedges - What do you prefer?

However I take everything, and if can crispy would be good.

i like wedges if the wedge is with cheese and bacon bits. hehe if only dipped in ketchup or mayo, i prefer french fries as it is much lighter.

The potato wedge has its appeal and so does the regular fries. As a potato wedge, it looks thicker and the shape itself is different from the regular fries. As for the regular fries, it's a little bit thin compared to its wedge counterpart. Personally, I prefer the regular fries, specially when it's a little bit toasty ;-) As for the potato wedge, there are times that the middle part isn't that cooked, like it has that grainy texture to it, which makes me lose my appetite, sorry. Both will be really satisfying if they have added flavors, like cheese or mayo with ketchup, or perhaps chili sauce with mayo ? Okay, now I am hungry ;-)
