I really get tired of hearing the phrase "fake news". So many dummies have taken on this moniker and seem to believe it. I am sure there are news papers/stations out there that have their opinion or print things they shouldn't but, news is very important to us as Americans in this world today. News is how we learn about historical events as well as sports outcomes and everyday goings on in the world today. The trick is to find a station or paper that you trust and believe in and listen to them. As in everything in this world, some are better than others. But, for goodness sake don't put down our great stream of communication. Don't listen to liars and hypocrites like ole Golden Hair either. He doesn't like that they have the bead on him so he calls it all "fake news" when it is, for the most part, it is well researched and true.

Journalists are trying to do the best job they can to inform people, and it is insulting them to tell that they are giving "fake news", the news is real but they often give their opinion, and an opinion is more or less biased. I believe the more important is not to read or listen only to one source of news. All our national newspapers are politically oriented, and I tend to read both sides. For the radio, I listen mainly to a talk show station opened to all people, and it is often interesting to hear the opinion of ordinary people like you and me, and not of professional journalists.

Interesting take. I tend to agree. Getting both sides is important.

@sallypup .......And he says this is all a "witch hunt" yet look at all the ones in his camp that are being found guilty. I hope it is just a matter of time before the big T is gone.
