Slightly weird post: Can you tell what this is?

Hint: I was in Colorado when I took this photo, visiting a 20-year-old former kid client and her mom. The kid client is female, and is now into art, a well as baking. She still likes things like cute puppies, unicorns, and cute dragons, which she draws beautifully.

It's not big, because I see it compared to the size of the hand that keeps the "thing" open. I hope not a "piece of art", may be a broken oven.

It's not an oven, but it is something that was broken. See my comment to Vanny.

@TheHorse That seemed like black glove or something in which you were extracting some oil or whatever..the black tape may be insulation tape...these questions should not be asked late in the evening. It is not fair.

@vandana7 Heh. It's mid-morning here. The black stuff is duct tape as well. The gummy bear duct tape was an idea my girly former kid client and I thought up with a laugh. The repair is hidden, but it's not the engine.

I have no idea what that is. I can't even begin to describe what I think it looks like.

Oh do tell! It's actually a simple car repair, using what was available to me. And then adding a humorous "artistic flair," since the repair is ultimately hidden.

@Starmaiden Well, there's no purse or make-up bag involved. But what part of my car is it?

@TheHorse See? I knew I had no idea what that was. I was wondering how you could fit a vacuum cleaner inside of a clutch purse or makeup bag.

I can identify one part of it...it is called pipe..the other part is logical...you said while driving...so it has to be a vehicle...the colored part of it may be cloth...for the rest, I will have to say good night Pony ji. LOL

The colored part seems more paper than a cloth. The pipe goes inside a sort of black bag.

@LadyDuck The colored part is actually "girly" duct tape.

Yes, the pipe holds electrical cables. And it is part of a vehicle.

Could it be a vacuum cleaner?

It's actually a part of my Nissan Xterra. The hose contains electrical wires.

It's just one of my fog lights. The bracket broke, so we fixed it with duct tape. I only had to remove two Phillips screws to get to the back of the fog light.

@amadeo Heh. Further hint: the grey to the right is the right front bumper of my SUV.

It is not art! The hose contains electrical cables. The gummy bear display is actually on my former client's "girly" duct tape.

We have that duct tape! Is that inside the door?

Just forward of the front door. And down. Maybe I'll do a post about my success on the other side that will help folks solve this riddle. I like the fact that we used mostly black duct tape but added the "creative touch" at the end, since it's something nobody sees.

It's actually just my fog light. You have to remove a couple of large Phillips screws to get to the back of it, but that's it. The bracket holding the fog light in broke, so we repaired it with good old duct tape.

@TheHorse Fancy duct tape holds just as well as the plain stuff, so why not have fun with it?

Yep. The gummies are on duct tape, ironically. It was a "manly" fix that my former kid client and I had some fun with.

The things in the package looks like some colourful balloons. But not sure and can't guess.
