What's Cluttering your life

WE are in the process of "simplifying" our life right now. Not easy but we want to leave our house to our 2 sons and without too much work for them to do.

Worries, endless worries and fears that are inescapable.

Fears come from the enemy-when I have one pop up I pray and give it to my Father. =) I will be praying for you!

After the hard work I had to clear the apartment of my mother, I asked to my husband to start to get rid of anything we do not use anymore. I also want to decide what to do of our house now. We have no direct heirs, so it's better to take a decision, better if it is to our advantage.

When I donot progress in my studies or donot study at all, it hinders my functioning of brain..

Debt is probably the worst thing you can leave to anyone. Deal with debt and the rest is moot.

I need this one. Thanks for writing this one. I must be the biggest lunatic right now, but this is not what we are or were. I feel you buddy. It all starts at the simple levels. I am not sure what happened but to me something is off. Maybe I have a brain tumor.

I wish I had advice but I am bogged down with all my stuff that I have a hard time getting rid of.

@amadeo I am glad you had a lovely day at the beach. I figure that beccause I have some things left to get rid of and then go on to something or continue something else that that is cluttering up my life right now.

No one is perfect - we all make wrong descions some time in our life. And even though worrying doesn't help - we do that too.

So glad you got out to the ocean its lovely Fredo. Well see if anyone in family wants or needs some things you have and encourage them to take it. And I am sure Mike does not mind he will manage, but I know it worries you so. I know what you mean, that is why I have so little. If there are things you can sell maybe if you want to?

Sometimes we can not do everything that others want, we have to be ourselves, our happiness and our well-being is important, maintaining our emotional and spiritual balance is basic to our day to day life.

I think the whole Tiny House Nation (or whatever that TV show is called) has made a lot of people step back and realize that "stuff" isn't really that important. I have been through a few purges. If I haven't used it in a year, why am I hanging onto it. My actual dream is to purchase some farm ground, put it in my daughters name and then put a 300 sq foot cabin on it so she can take care of my dumb butt when I'm older.

Worrying is no good.

I like to live a simple life. It's the same with my work and my life.

Both my husband and I try to live as simply as we can. We do like our conveniences, but we don't like too much space, so we have downsized. We also purged when we did that, and it was advantageous because so much of it wasn't needed. I have an issue with clothes shopping. I need to realize that my closet won't expand just because I need it to. I should be donating an article of clothing for every new one that I buy. I bought 2 new pairs of pants yesterday and a new shirt, and will pack up 2 old pairs of pants and an old shirt to donate on Monday. Otherwise, that closet is just not big enough.

My mother is always fussing saying that I need to get rid of some stuff too. We aren't supposed to worry about anything, but we all do.
