I was going to skip dinner. But then I remembered that I have cooked artichokes and delicious garlic mayo. So I will have an artichoke for dinner. Do you like artichokes? How do you eat them? I used to make artichoke quiches, but is is difficult to make. What are you having for dinner?

I don't think that I have ever had artichokes and for us... it was salad. It was just perfect for a hot day!

I love artichokes and yours sound great with that garlic mayo!!!! I usually have artichoke hearts in salads, stuff them, or use melted butter as a dipping sauce.

I love marinated artichoke hearts. I do not know how to prepare artichokes myself. I had pork chops and mashed potatoes.

I have never had artichokes before. For dinner, I had salmon head in miso tamarind broth. It’s so good. Definitely, one of my favorite Filipino viands.
