I noticed that I have been eating junkfoods. Yesterday,I was so tired.Dead tired from studying. Studying Basic Hanguel, studying modules from the recent company I applied to and watching the recorded lessons that I missed from Data Entry and Lead Generation course I had enrolled in. In the middle of the night,I ate my daughter's cookies. Today,I want to study in my bed with these stuff beside me. Oh I realized,I am stress-eating.
Do you have bad habits when you get stressed out?

Are you stressed all the time? I shop online almost everyday and I'm not even stressed at all.

@toniganzon not until yesterday. Hahaha This phenomenon occurs only once a month, if I’m able to curb my cravings. Lol

Looks like it. But I suggest that since you are aware of it try slowing down or you might just get sugar rushed and feel more tired because you over ate there. Try something else, like exercise this might get your body start working back to normal.

@Iam_jauntyjen exercise can just be done by standing and stretching. No need to go to the gym for that.

I agree this is not a good habit. Because of the loads of information that I have to study ,I hardly leave my desk-except when I need to answer the call of nature- so I do not have time to exercise.

Try to get out for a walk and fresh air. That might help relax you some.

Yes, stress can lead to poor choices in food and that creates even more health challenges. Good to make healthy food choices!

When I'm stressed out, I don't eat the way you do. I stay in bed most of the time and just in front of my computer, not in mylot but just binge watching my series.

I too, would eat my comfort food when I get so tired. After eating them, I feel reinvigorated and ready to do things again. Well, they are after all our comfort foods.

i guess the healthy way would be to eat fruits, or as others have mentioned, a walk, music or a nap.
i'd eat those those chocolates, though!

I think I mostly get grumpy when I get stressed which isn't very nice of me. I'm trying to stop being grumpy. Maybe I'll start eating junk food!

Stress-eating is not good for your health;but if it's healthy food, then maybe it is alright; but not always.

I have the same habit. I like munching on my favorite treats while studying different courses online or watching my favorite movies and television series on Netflix. I like to munch on junk foods (Lays, Pringles, Pik-Nik, Ruffles, Cheetos, V-Cut, Potato Chips and some nuts).
