Dietary Deficiencies

We all feel rather blue and lack luster at times. Did you know that a vitamin deficiency can cause this? Eating foods such as nuts, eggs, chicken, oats, beans, and spinach that have vitamin b in them can help.

Maybe I should eat a bowl of cereal with milk. Cereal has B vitamins. I will save the eggs for tomorrow.

Vitamin B is a must in our diet. People who are vegan should take care to have Vitamin B shots once in a while.

Cereal and grains have a lot of B vitamins in them. Most taste good so it is a double plus.

Very aware of how a bad diet can influence how I feel. This summer I've been eating a lot better and it shows in my overall health.

I take a Vitamin B supplement when I'm feeling especially down.And they always help restore my energy. I try to eat a pretty balanced diet, but sometimes you just don't get enough of everything.

Oh yeah. Its not always pleasant to think about but we are a bunch of chemicals walking around. Being balanced helps us in all ways. I eat eggs but still think I am goofing around by not taking B-12 very often.
