My 20 favorite Kenny Chesney Songs in no particular order. #2: The Good Stuff

At the end of last month I started a series of my Top 20 favorite Kenny Chesney songs. Life got in the way and I nevergot passed the first post. But now that I have some computer time, I am FINALLY going to continue this series with my second song/post. This is an older song, (and by older I mean the early 2000s) and one that I have loved since the first time that I ever heard it. This is a great example of what a good story-teller Kenny Chesney is. This song illustrates a man who has just gotten into a argument or disagreement with his significant other, and drives around till he finds a bar (I know, how country of him lol). When he arrives he shares a conversation with the barkeep, about what the real good stuff in life is and how this little spat won't mean anything in the grand scheme of things. For Chesney lovers such as @DWDAvis , if they had only seen the short paragraph I wrote above they probably could of guessed the song. But for those of you that aren't as familiar with country music or didn't read the title of this post. This song is "The Good Stuff" and it came out in 2002. I think my favorite lines in the song are at the end of it and they are "When you get home, she'll start to cry. When she says, I'm sorry, say so am I. Look into those eyes so deep in love and drink it up. 'Cause that's the good stuff." Such a beautiful song.
