A nice day. The end of the week.

I was alone today and decided to take the day off. I still have not checked where I have the old tests I have to take to the hospital, but I am in no hurry as Claudia will help me after the holidays. I took a nap, made some home cooked food for Luna (she loved it), watched some forensic reruns on TV and now I´m mylotting in bed. There are 2 big artichokes cooking in the kitchen and I can smell the aroma from here. I will eat them with homemade mayo for dinner. What will you have for dinner?

I forgot for a moment what I made for dinner, now it comes back, a veal and mushrooms stew in creamy white sauce.

That´s delicious. And now that I see the picture I placed here, I remembered that I have one artichoke left. I´ll go and eat it.

@marguicha It's not artichoke season right now, by the end of November they will be on the shelves.

I just read about some hamburgers made in part with red meat and in part with pork. I have never tried them but they sounded delicious.
