What will you have for lunch?

I have been checking inside my fridge and have discovered several interesting ingredients to prepare an awesome lunch. So, after a moment of thought, I decided upon a pork chop with homemade potato salad (homemade all the way, from the mayo on) and some Brussel sprouts on the side. All that sounds quite delicious and filling. Just what I need for this chilly spring day. What will you have for lunch? Or you already had it?

I just finished breakfast and haven't thought much further than that. Your pork chops and homemade potato salad sounds really good. I haven't made potato salad all summer. Now I want some!!!

I had pork barbeque, fried rice with turmeric, spicy Spanish style sardines in olive oil, picked sweet and sour papaya called " atsara " as side dish and appetizer and 1 boiled sweet saba banana for desert, it's what I had for dinner just a few hours ago.
