Will Pope get Mafia? Or ISIS? Or State?

It is not something new, there are 30 years that the popes are condemning the mafia. This one has already said that mafiosi were excommunicated in 2013 or 2014. And it works : they were killing 2000 to 3000 persons/year in Sicily in the 1980's, and less than 10 now. All mafiosi are Catholics, in fact the Catholic Church was responsible for its creation in the 1870's when a pope forbade to Italian Catholics to vote (it lasted until 1904).

I see that @topffer already explained you a bit of things about Mafia. All Italian Mafiosi are extremely pious, all Roman Catholics, they give PLENTY of money to the Vatican as well as they give to the Italian Politics. What you see it's only "theater for the rest of the world". I am Italian, I know how things work there.

ISIS is pure evil and Jihad as it is practised is also against the Koran. Ironically, guys like Zakir Naik...who cleverly snub smart questions instead of answering them, and create a fear of questioning by saying if I answer one question of yours will you convert...are more. Islamic scholars should change the perception of what jihad is, and how and for what it should be practised. They should also indicate that ISIS is pure evil because as per koran, taking life of an innocent is taking out life of mankind. So it should be fight of Islam against ISIS and fundamentalists within their religion, and it should be fight of Pope against those from his religion. Most of mafia do believe in Christ...including those who are Columbia, Ecuador, Mexico, etc. It is just an appeal to some of them. I agree it is not gonna help. Instead ...they should be asked to improve somethings. I was kinda think license to naxalites to burst tires parked on the roads and bylanes. For every tire they burst, they get 10 rupees. You will see how fast the traffic congestion comes down.
