Day 3 of being gluten free

It may be too early to tell for sure, but I think, maybe, possibly I feel a little better with the IBS after three days of no gluten. Some of my symptoms seem a little better. But is it from the change to no gluten or is it just that sometimes the IBS gets a little better on its own? Are you a myLotter who can't tolerate gluten? I know it's rather a fad now in the US, but I know it's a legitimate problem for many. Any helpful advice in case I do have to stay with it? Now, if I can get rid of this kidney infection that I have AGAIN, I'll be good to go. I hope.

Oh boy. Get some antibiotics. You don’t want to mess with a kidney infection.

I started on Macrobid yesterday after seeing my Kidney doc. They'll culture it and call in something different if I need it.

I think that with lots of 'remedies' too. How do you know if the remedy is helping or if the problem would have resolved on its own?

I use cranberry products to get rid of or treat mild kidney problems. I have to say that I have not had a kidney infection since I was in my 20`s. As far as I know I tolerate gluten but being a diabetic I don`t eat much bread/ wheat products anyways.

I've been drinking lots of cranberry juice in case it might help. This is my second infection in 2 1/2 months. Plus I have kidney stones and I sure dread passing them.

I'm gluten intolerant but I still take such foods. It has become hard for me to do away with this
