Why sometimes I see two responses and only one appears?

Is this a glitch? This happened a few times. I saw 2 comments in a discussion and when I wanted to read them only one comment appeared. Did this happen to you? Do you know why is that?

when i see ''3 comments'' but only 2 appear, and when i check ''who liked it'', i will come to know that 1 user's comment that is invisible to me, blocked me.

It means that one of the people responding has blocked you so you can't see what they have written.
