Has any one tried alkaline water?
I have refilled our containers to the distilled water station like the usual. Except this time I had one of the empty wilkins container filled with alkaline water.
Right now I've consumed two small jugs of this water. It's research that it also helps gout but it felt incomplete to me.
I've tasted this kind of water before. But the station transferred to another branch with out telling me
I wonder what you're thoughts about this regardless if it's positive or negative.

If you want alkaline water, just squeeze one or two pieces of a big yellow lemon into that 10-liter container of yours. My wife squeezes half a lemon into a pitcher of water; she even adds 2 or 3 slices of cucumber.

Hello @sunrisefan Yeah, I just learned this yesterday when I was searching it in youtube. Sadly, lemons are more expensive to me. I wonder how long before you remove the lemon and put another batch

@Letranknight2015 It's quite expensive indeed but my wife still buys them. She replaces the lemon everyday and use the previous day's lemon to scrub the sink at the bathroom.

@Letranknight2015 Yes, lemon-infused water works wonders. I also add some slices of cucumber and mint.

@JudyEv That's really scary and this is why we prefer to buy it in refilling stations.

@Letranknight2015 We are in an unpolluted area so catch the rain off our roof and use that for all our household needs. The water supplied in the towns is drinkable but some complain that sometimes it smells of chlorine. Some buy bottled water. It is mostly called 'spring water'.

Maybe you may have drink it in one of your bottled waters @Icydoll unless you have tested it for alkalinity you'd never know.
