Fresh Figs ....and goats cheese ...so yummy !

My friend text me last week to say she had loads of figs on her tree and did I want some ???? YES I love figs and adore the fresh off the tree flavour. She gave me a bag of them on Friday and I plan on having some tonight for supper....I will just cut a cross in the top and open it out slightly before topping with some goats cheese....bake in the oven and hey presto ! a yummy supper.
