Do you barbecue some vegetables? / myLot

It is common that we barbecue with meats. But we also will barbecue some vegetables like corns and sweet potatoes. I noticed some even barbecue the mushrooms, eggplants, chives and that's very cool in my opinion.

I grill on charcoal eggplants, zucchini, bell peppers, chives and all those vegetables are delicious.

@youless Yes, you cut them in long stripes, not too thin, and grill a minute on each face.

You are right. And it is better for us to have some vegetables when we eat a lot of meats in the barbecue.

We do that in corn and other veggies but I think we just refer them as grill.

When we have barbecue parties we also barbecue some capsicum, tomatoes, potatoes. Corn is another thing that we love to barbecue.
