What I really want to be is a Mermaid ! / myLot

I was working with a 5 year old today and she was telling me how she was a baby but now she was a girl ( this was nothing to do with what we were supposed to be working on ….but I decided to run with it anyway …) …. this lead to us talking about growing up ….she would be a big girl ...then a lady …. I then said …." You might be a Mummy " To which she replied …" Yea , I might be a Mummy ….but what I really want to be is a …..Mermaid ! "

I like the way this girl thinks, i also wanted to be a mermaid when I was a little girl. 26 years later and it hasn't happened yet, but I'm still waiting!
