Okay, I'm not a happy camper. However, I'm not going to turn this into a rant.
Many of you know I have high blood pressure at the moment. Something I'm not accustomed to. I don't know how people with high blood pressure can live like this. It's totally annoying. My life has come to a grinding halt.
I haven't been to the pool since last Wednesday. I was hoping to go tomorrow. After tonight, that doesn't look likely. I was supposed to go to the prayer meeting at church tonight. I stood up and got very dizzy. I called my ride and told him I wasn't going to make it tonight. So they prayed for me. I know I can really use the prayers.
Seriously. I've never felt so drained before. I know when I was much heavier than I am now, I was slower, and I couldn't stand for long periods of time, but a decrease in weight took care of a lot of that. I can do things now that took me a couple hours to do, in a very short period of time. Thanks to the weight loss, and I'm still doing my best to lose weight.
This sudden increase in blood pressure certainly doesn't have anything to do with what I'm eating. Not a grain of salt in my food. I know because I cook from scratch and I decide what spices go into my food and salt isn't one of them. I also haven't made any food/diet changes or lifestyle changes to account for it.
And yes, I do know what's causing this increase, and as soon as he realizes I'm not going to allow him to have any control over me, I'll be back to normal. It's what happened when I made the announcement in church that I was going to teach people how to pray.
I don't have high blood pressure, not normally. And certainly not as high as its been these past two weeks. As I said, I know what's causing it, and I know how to get rid of it. It's going to take a lot of prayer for the enemy to loose his hold on me.
In the meantime, I'm on blood pressure medication and I have a doctor's appointment next week. I'm at war, and I'm on the offensive in this battle. And I will win this battle.
Thanks for reading. I hope your day is/has gone well.

I think it's finally starting to. This morning I'm not as weak and out of breath as I have been.
