Please Turn That Way

As I look at this colorful parrot it seems to me that he is trying to direct traffic. As if he is saying please turn to you left. I thought he was a pretty cute little bird. This morning I went to my doctor's office bright and early and was I pleased when they decided it was ok to release me from bed rest. (Don't tell anyone, but I released myself a couple of days ago.) SO I managed to go grocery shopping for the next week and got some pretty good deals. Hurrah for me. I love getting deals. At Sav-A-Lot I got some of the purple grapes for only 89 cents per pound. Anyway here I am back home resting from my morning running around and think about what to make for dinner. I think maybe some park cube steak with salad and cottage cheese sounds pretty good. Easy to make, for sure. What is going on with all of you? Are you having a good day?

It is good to be able to get outside. I sat in the front yard swing for a little bit until the humidity and heat drove me back inside.

Isn't he pretty. He reminded me of a traffic cop the way he seemed to be pointing.
