Do You Meal Plan/Prep?

I am considering doing meal planning and prepping when I go back on my Keto diet. I find it harder to stick to when I don't have a plan or some food prepared. Some days I just am not in the mood to cook...so I will end up getting foods that are bad for me if I don't have some healthy food prepared.
So I wondered if any of you feel the same? Do you make up your own plan of meals for the week? Do you prep food for a few days/a week so that you have food ready to eat? I just thought it would be interesting to know how many people prepare in advance for what they are going to eat.
I am trying to come up with plans of what to cook for next week and make sure I have all the ingredients.

@CarolDM I love the crock pot! It's the easiest thing for me. Now that it's starting to get colder, the crock pot is great for stews and stuff. During the summer, it's hard for me to keep up with cooking anything, though. I don't really like cooking, either. Preparation can be time consuming and hard to keep up with a busy lifestyle &/or busy family responsibilities.

No I don't do anything like that. I never got into the habit of doing that I think because we never have that much food to where we can plan out meals.

I'm sorry to hear that.....but that's understandable. We don't have a ton of food either or space in the freezer to put prepped meals. But it could be worth doing.

@MommyOfEli2013 Yes it could be and thank you. I'm use to not having a lot of food and just getting by with what we have and I swear my husband can make stuff out of nothing.

I make meals ahead of time so can just pull out of the freezer when want for our Sabbath. I like to prepare them ahead of time and so do not have to cook them each week.

That's what we usually do (buy the meat for the month) and then buy the rest as needed.
But I understand, moving makes it not as easy to do that!
