If you see a teacher seducing her student, Are you going to tell it to the authorities if the boy looks willing?

Recently I had been watching a lot of episodes of the social experiment show, What Would you do.... It is a show where actors are hired to make to pretend in front of ordinary people and see how they will react. On this social experiment, They have a woman and a 13 year old boy pretend to be teacher and student. We know an adult seducing a minor is illegal. So yes most bystanders tried to confront the "teacher" They also have an experiment with a Male adult and a girl.... LOL people want to kill him. Then there is the comment section of the video..... The comments are invaded by bitter men saying people should not stop an adult woman from seducing a boy even though it is illegal. If this is a male teacher seducing a girl, People will beat the crap out of him. The comment section makes me baffle knowing I think many female pedophile are able to get away with their crimes because some men think they are giving the boy a favor. If you see an adult female teacher seducing a 13 year old boy, Would you call the cops to get her arrested or will you let the boy have his experience like these Youtube commenters are ranting/

I think we should. What favor are we giving to this boy by allowing that to happen?

apparently female teachers seducing boys had been an epidemic in many schools. In US alone hundreds of female teachers got jailed for statutory rape. One of them even got pregnant with her 12 year old student.

@garysibi That is what they found attractive. Also the sexualization of boys with those boybands and teen heart robs marketed for girls gets to attract some women. Many older men likes girls to make them feel young again, I guess it is the same case with the women. Also women can control a boy easier more than a man since boys are more innocent.

It's against the law not to report a crime. Of course I would report.

@CaptAlbertWhisker It's weird, because it is very uncommon here.

It depends on so many things that I think that each case is different.

When we see a crime and not report it then we become part or an accomplice but proving and making sure that a crime is indeed being comitted before reporting is another thing

Teachers are suppose to be the second parent of the kids but now some of them became predators.

I don't know where I stand on this issue really because I agree, for whatever reason I would feel different about a male teacher seducing a female student...but where the hell were these teachers when I was going to school is what I want to know?

Mary Kay LeTorneu is the one who started the trend around late 90's.

@CaptAlbertWhisker And that boy was having one heck of a good time back then. Damn. The only fun I got to have was with myself, and while that was fun, I am assuming the alternative would have been better.

If I knew of a female teacher who was trying to seduce a male student I would definitely report it to the authorities. However, I would also agree that it is worse for a male teacher to seduce a girl than for a female teacher to seduce a male. It's not the same thing. Despite what some people try to make us believe, boys and girls are not the same. Girls are more invested in a relationship, especially young girls. Boys are not usually as devastated when a relationship ends. There are exceptions, of course. Regardless of whether or not they are boys and girls, their brains are not fully formed until they are about 20 years old. The teacher should know better. Male or female, they are taking advantage of a child.

Yeah boys and girls are not men and women yet. They have so much to lose with situations like this, especially from the scandals it may cause. teachers should know that their role is to be the secondary parent for the kids, not a predator.

@garysibi That is the culture I grow up with though. In East Asia, teachers are allowed to slap students as discripline...

@CaptAlbertWhisker I would disagree with your comment about the teacher being a secondary parent. They have no parental role at all unless, like my wife and I did, the parents are homeschooling their kids. The teachers are to educate the kids in academic subjects. They should not be teaching right and wrong.

I can't accept either. Boys and girls are too young to be responsible for their actions. Teachers are always their guardians. Not predators.

Yeah the boy didn't know the situation he is putting his self in to.

That is a hard question to answer. I guess if it was not business of mine and I had no connection the them or school or anything then I would not say anything.

If the roles are switched though. I think people will call the authority if the minor is a girl.
