for the record,i don't like pumpkin spice trends.
oh,i like pumpkin spice..in a pie.
that's it.
i don't want it in my candle.
or my febreeze.
you put it in my beer,i'll smack you.
and coffee..that's full out disgusting.truly awful.
every year,it seems like there's one "media darling" of a food type everyone latches onto.
have you heard about mojitos or sriracha lately?
probably not.
'cause they're on to the next thing already.
i don't get the egg on a hamburger thing either.
i'd be choking my arteries enough with the meat,thanks..

I put "pie spice" in lots of things. Not fragrances, but food. I blend my own. It does not go in coffee or tea. I like Chai but that has more elements than pumpkin pie spice. I like it on apples or on oatmeal with raisins and so on. Never caught on to sriracha or mojito, and I did my pie spice before it was trendy.

Same as you, I like pumpkin spices in a pie, but I cannot understand why to put them where they should not be. I know what is a mojito (cocktail five ingredients: white rum, sugar, lime juice, soda water, and mint), that has nothing to do with the Sriracha hot sauce, that I use from ages when I make Chinese cooking.
