....and then the power went off ....everywhere was dark !

So, last night at around 11pm we were getting ready for bed ....then ...the lights went out ....we were plunged into darkness ! At first we just thought it was a power cut ....well, you would, wouldnt you ? Anyway, we peeped through the curtains as usually when this has happened other folk from the caravan site have been standing outside waiting for someone (the warden) to come and sort it out. Thats when we realised that actually it was just us !!!! EEEKKKK!!!! We rang round to our next door neighbours and they said they had room in their freezer so we quickly emptied our freezer and took it around to them. We had a chilly night and rang the warden this morning. He came and it appeared that both of our trip switches (inside the van and outside) had been bypassed. He was able to sort it and we were soon warm and cosy again.
