cow meat is very familiar in here, especially for making "bakso", indonesian meat ball which can be found in all area of Indonesia (mr Obama enjoys it too if he visits Indonesia) . but a kg of cow meat cost 7 dollars-8 dollars.
that is very expensive i thing.
we import cow meat from Australia, new Zealand and Brazil, including living stock and carcass.

We never eat beef as cow is worshipped in our country among the Hindus.

there some issue in the past about slaughter house in indonesia. but i think this issue dont give benefit both to indonesia and australia
