All the craziness over Black Friday

It's been few years since Black Friday started in Serbia, but first it was very very small, like only 2 or 3 companies offered sale. With years it become bigger and bigger but stil not like in USA. But this year we are definitelly getting there. The advertisements about it started with start of november and with days more and more stores announced that they will have Black Friday sale. Now its almost everywhere. Tehnology stores, cosmetic stores, clothes stores, furniture stores...
Before it was tehnology stores mostly.
I'm looking forwad to it coz I hope I will be able to buy phone I want for so long at good price. I already collected money.
Do you have Black Friday in your country? Are you planning to buy anything on sale?

Black Friday is huge in the US. It's almost like it's own holiday. People will camp out in front of stores for days to ensure they are the first to get into a store on Black Friday and grab amazing deals on products.
Does Black Friday in Serbia happen on the same day as Black Friday in the US? Our Black Friday is always the day after Thanksgiving, which is a huge national holiday in the US.

@kepweng I'm surprised Black Friday is not a big thing in Hawaii. With such a high cost of living in the islands, any chance to get a great bargain on prices should be a welcome thing.

Yes, I know it's forth friday in November and I know its day after Thanksgiving, but we don't celebrate it here. However, Black Friday is becoming a holiday here too. Not yet as big as there, but becoming. I its happening in USA but i think in many countries lately its becoming a thing.

Black Friday exists here, but it is a relatively new thing. I don't think that I going to buy anything, but I might have a look at some of things they are selling.

@frenki My friend bought a tv last year on Black Friday. It was very cheap compared to the normal price. If we are looking for something specific if it a good day to visit the stores.
