Can't Rest In Bed?

There are many reasons you may not be able to rest when going to bed. This article arrived in my e-mail in-box: I disagree with many of the mistakes that were highlighted. For example: I like to drink wine before bed. I like to drink iced coffee in the evening. I like to exercise before bed. I like to be close to my cellular phone. I like to have a snack before bed. Do you agree or disagree with their mistakes?

I do not understand? Do you agree with the magazine's list of mistakes? I understand if you do not agree with my disagreements of their mistakes.

If the iced tea contains caffeine it is possible. Eating other food items before bedtime like chocolate or sweets are probably not a good idea. Some say exercise is a good way to better sleep. According to researchers what you eat, how much, and most importantly, when you eat, may all contribute to the quality of sleep one gets.... Some say exercise is a good way to better sleep. Not sure about cell phones though???

I try not to do any of those mistakes they have listed so mostly I agree. I have to have my phone somewhat close that I can reach it but I do try to keep it as far away as possible.

I'm not sure if you are saying you agree with these or not. I think the outcome is probably different for each individual. I don't drink coffee before bedtime but I'm not sure it makes any difference.
