Positivity is Good

I'm glad that today I read positivity discussions in mylot instead of ranting and everything negative.
I'm glad that there are people who started their day right today and grateful for waking up healthy this morning.
I am staying positive as well even though my son is sick with flu at the moment. He has been having fever since Saturday and a headache. His fever has died down now but I'm watching over him checking his temperature every hour.
Hope all of you are having a positive attitude and that you look forward to a wonderful week!

Thank you. He's feeling better now with no fever but he hates that he has no appetite because all food tastes bland.

@toniganzon It is depressing when the food has no taste. I am sure he will recover the taste in very short time.

@LadyDuck We are in the hospital now. He's positive for dengue fever. He's being hydrated through the IV and they gave him antibiotic because of his pharyngitis.

Although I have bad days and negative days like everyone else, I always try to start my day on a positive note! I have much happier days when I start off with a positive mindset.

That is something that we should all do actually. We should start our day right by waking up with a positive attitude and the rest of the day will be good.

@toniganzon I am reading this comment early in the morning after just waking up. I was in a little bit of a bad mood, but when I read this I smiled! Yes, we should wake up and start our day with a positive attitude. Thank you for saying that, it just changed my outlook on the day. I am going to choose to start this day with a smile!

@DianneN This morning I talk her out for a walk. When we came back home, I see that she was in a hurry to go to the bathroom. It's where her pee pad is. Then she pooped! Danie doesn't like to do her business in public. She really holds it in till we get home. She's a real lady.

i am feeling better now, and that adds to the positive attitude i feel. i sometimes get affected with how some users respond to discussions here, but i have made myself clear to not be in animosity with said users.

I don't like dealing with negativity that's why I stay away from Mylot when things get negative. There's a lovely site and a phone app that I'm using that is more fun than mylot actually. It's interactive too. It pays in British pounds through PayPal but I'm there more because I love posting photos and because it's a phone app, it's more convenient to use than mylot.

Happy holidays. We went to his doctor yesterday for a follow up check up. He is ok but he is not allowed to do any strenuous activities until the end of December.

Winter is flu season here in Canada. We have a federal-govt.-funded flu shots. I got my flu shot last week. Let him drink lots of juice. Hope he gets well soon and be able to go back to school.

Hope your son feels much better soon. I always try to stay on the positive side of things. I say a morning prayer every day and thank the Lord I am healthy and I can do what needs to be done.
