Starting Weight - 14 stone 7lb Week 2 Start Weight - 14 stone 5.8lb Today's Weight - 14 stone 4.6lb Total Loss - 2.8lb Today is day two of my second week, I lost a total of 1.5 lbs last week and at the moment I am down another 1.2lb this week. I have 20 days left to get down 4.6lb to meet my first target. I think I can do it, as long as I stay focused. I went for a little run today as well, just 20 minutes of light intervals to get myself back into it, I haven't trained for 11 days (and that one hardly counted) since I sprained my ankle and had my wisdom tooth removed. I burned 230 calories. Calories Today: Breakfast - 2 crumpets and Butter - 246 calories Lunch - Jacket Potato with Tuna Mayo - 472 calories Dinner - Cheese and Broccoli Pasta with Bread and Butter (Not good) - 366 calories Snacks - I banana and 1 fredo bar - 245 calories Evening Meal - Chicken and Sweetcorn Soup Total Calories - 1566 which puts me under my goal but I don't feel like I have missed out at all I feel like I have eaten a lot today. My macro split was not great today Carbs are too high and Protein too low :/ 55% Carbs 28% Fat 17% protein

It sounds like you are on a low carb diet. Even so, beans are good fillers and give tons of good nutrition. I wish you well as you work hard on improving your health.
