A Light Dinner

I had a busy day. Got a couple of nice unexpected phone calls for a change. And also got some things done in the house I had been putting off. I also had a late lunch. So for dinner I just had a bowl of mashed potatoes and butter. That may not sound like much to you. But it was exactly what I wanted. Sometimes less is better. Any evening plans for you all? We have more rain coming in later. I plan to search the guide for something to watch and maybe watch an old movie later. Have a good evening everyone. I will catch up hopefully tomorrow.

Seems like it was a slow day for you Carol. My day was great because my older sister came over with her children, my niece is 6, and nephew 4 and we love them so much. We also had a cool chat with my parents and another sister of mine. I gotta say my day was fully blessed and I am so lucky for that. I hope you have a wonderful evening either watching good tv, or a nice movie. I also hope that you sleep well. Always keep in mind that God always watching over you, and He will never leave you alone. Good night!

It would have not done the trick for me. But hey, who can knock what another person likes to call dinner? Not sure what my plans are yet. I am sure the wife is busy making a list as we speak.

Sounds like a nice day, with the unexpected phone calls. And mashed potatoes sound great! Hope you can find something good to watch :) Here it's just a chilled evening...went to Wal-Mart earlier and that was not the best idea, they were SO busy!
