Well, I fixed it

I have a very inexepnsive jewelry armoire. I have been disappointed in it, it has been rickety. I emptied it last summer, planning to get rid of it, but I still have tons of costume jewelry.
It is compact, and stands on the floor.
Finally I got a little smart and turned it upside down. All the bolts on the bottom had become loose. Maybe were not put in tight originally, so I fixed it. Why did I not think of that before?
I will say I told my husband I seem to have more brains since I do not have a job. I dislike it, because of the money situation, and because of the loss of identity. I miss being out with other people more often. But, I am getting more "little projects" finished, and problems solved than I have in several years. I have more time to see people online, and meet an occasional friend for coffee or something.
I guess it balances out.
So this unemployed person is going to get down to business with projects and details and see if I can hold off the old age memory loss by doing so.
Nice to see you here today.

I love not having a job. I get so much done at home. And still find ways to get out around people when I am in the mood to not because I have to

I have friends I would love to see more often, but I live a ways away. I am sure, once hubby is well, that I will do more away from home.

I wish I was faster, but I am not. I have had an adventure today looking in the plastic boxes full of jewelry I have not worn in ages. I am polishing things up. Many of my jobs that I have had jewelry has been a risk. Out of control adults or children can hurt you badly with things they can grab, so mostly I have worn rings and stud earrings. Polishing up some necklaces today.

I'm sure you have less stress now that you're not working. I hope you have fun working on your projects.
