Friday Friday

I won’t tell you Friday has always been my favorite day. Nor, will I tell you that it’s always been our date night. I will not even tell you that every day is Friday to us, since my husband and I retired early. My friends already know that.
My husband is out with his longtime friend from childhood. They get together every week or so while we are in Florida.
I’m going for a manicure, pedicure, and massage later. I’m looking forward to an afternoon of pure relaxation and a night out with my husband.
~Photo is of our ice princess. She is competing again after breaking her ankle and beating that awful adenovirus that killed so many young children. We are do proud of her!~

Many people love Friday for that reason. I loved it since I was in third grade. I got to take the bus after school all by myself to my piano lesson, and I had enough money left over to buy nail polish. lol. When I got home, we had a beautiful Sabbath dinner together. Such great memories.
Thank you. She had professional makeup applied for that performance.

@DianneN My piano lessons were not that fun. I was in grade 6, had to take public transport by myself to a certain place in a busy city, a bit far from home (as a child, everything looked just magnified somehow). Did you get far with your piano study? (mine was only for a number of years.)

My plans - pool - check, nap - check, notifications - working on them. After that, I'll choose a book to start working on or watch a movie, or both. I don't know what to do with myself now that I submitted the book.

@DianneN Let's see, I started New Horizon's the Next Chapter in November. I have Uncertain Future, which you read the first or first two chapters, and I have a Christmas story I started last year called Three Wishes of Christmas. Those are the most recent titles. I also have a myriad of other titles that I can work on. I don't know if I want to start another new book.

Sounds like a wonderful friday for both of you!
