I enjoy writing challenges, so I think I'm going to join this one. I found it through @xstitcher, and it was made by @indexer. You start with "I hereby resolve" and share your resolution(s) for the New Year in 150 words or less. I think of them more as goals than resolutions, but I'm going to do this anyway. I hereby resolve to try to take better care of myself, physically and mentally, in 2019, such as eating better, sleeping better and knowing when to walk away or unplug. Whatever your resolutions, or goals, may be, I hope the New Year is good to all of you! I doubt I'll be posting again tonight, so I'll see you all next year. ;) Photo Credit: Pixabay.

Thank you so much! I realized over the weekend that it's a necessary goal.

@just4him Happy New Year! I started my New Year off with a cold, so there was my test.... I had to rest all day instead of forcing myself to work, and I've been skipping the coffee.

This is an excellent resolution. We should all take care of ourselves better and more than we care about the others.

Thank you. I mean, I'm not against taking care of each other - but you can't take care of others if you don't take care of yourself.

@LadyDuck Right. Sometimes people spend so much caring about others, they forget about themselves. There needs to be a balance.

Great resolve! While I myself do not believe in New Year resolutions, and rather go for continuous plans and implementations, let me try. "I hereby resolve to a)Devote more time for improving my health-physical and mental. b)Venture into and come good in new Technology skills. c)Increase my Online earnings rate. d)Revive my article writing which declined in 2018. e)Not let undue stress build up- this sounds simple but is not as simple to implement. " I hope you would like it.

Thank you! I think those are great resolutions, and E can work with A. Oh I know it's not easy to not let the stress build-up. I guess it's something for both of us to work on. And good luck with your writing and online earnings, I know you can do it! :)
