I checked the “Most Recent Discussions” about an hour ago and I noticed a couple of discussions that is presumed to be posted by a banned user. Yes, he is the user who keeps on coming back. I did my part as a police of this site. I am certain many more reported this user. Now, the user is gone. It is 2019 and yet the user finds a way to squeeze in and make a new account in this site. Have you seen this user’s discussions before their deletion?

I do not know who you mean. I haven't seen any discussions that seemed inappropriate but I guess this is why he was banned.
