Well, Like a lot of people I guess, I have eaten too much and drank too much over the Christmas and New Year holidays...
A lot of people will have started on diets on January 1st ….
I never do ….
Why …?
because we always have too much food to finish after the holidays ….and I hate waste …
Plus it is my Birthday on January 15th and I know that there will be a meal or takeaway ….or two ….
So , I wait until after that before I start on my healthy living as I would rather call it.
I have read a lot about Skinny Syrups ….no fat and no calories ….but lots of flavour ….
Apparently, they can be added to yogurt, waffles, drinks ...etc …..
I am looking into getting a few different flavours and having them in different ways …
lets hope that they do help …..

sugar and fat free syrups that you add to milk, coffee, yogurt, porridge, ice cream , to make it more yummy

Would they be the same as sugar free syrups? I do buy those from time to time.

I never heard of skinny syrups but I'm intrigued. I'm trying to eat healthy after all the food I ate over the holidays. I'm trying to cut back on sugar but I love sweets. Do you know if these are high in sugar?
Happy Birthday (a little early)

I am in uk so not sure you could get them but I daresay there is a similar thing in your country. Try googling Jordans skinny syrups.

I think most of us put on a few pounds after Christmas. I know I have but luckily I don't have a birthday coming up.
