Apparently It's Whipped Cream Day

I have no idea who makes up these holidays but I like them lol. So if you had some whipping cream on hand right now, what would you use it for? Seeing that it's a wee bit chilly, I would have to say hot chocolate. If it was May how ever, I would change my preference in a heartbeat to strawberry shortcake!
So where would your dollop of whip cream find itself today???

I don't think that there are many desserts that couldn't use a good dollop of whipping cream now that I think about it!!

The first thing that come to mind was strawberry shortcake but since I have nothing on hand for that it would have to be jello.

Maybe on one of Alfredo's apple pies! Sounds a good choice to me.
