Well, I would not be myself if were not on a diet!
With the New Year, I am doing 3 new objectives.
1. Carry water with me wherever I go.
2. Work out ATLEAST 10 minutes every day.
3. Have breakfast.
With #3, I am going to explain...
In the hideous photo, there are 2 Slim-Fast containers. Well, I always skip breakfast. So, in this new year, I am going to have a Slim-Fast shake for breakfast. I may not be following the Slim-Fast Diet to a "T", but atleast I am doing something.
By the way, while I have your attention, you know how one person's trash is another person's treasure? A few monthes ago, a friend gave me a pile of used magazines. I sorted through them and one caught my attention. A "Woman's Day" magazine dated September 19, 1995. In it is featured the "Woman's Day Real-Life Diet". The food is REAL. NO starving. For example:
Breakfast
bagels or pancakes or etc.
Lunch
small fast food cheeseburger or tuna salad sandwich or bagel or chicken, pasta and broccoli salad or etc.
Dinner
spaghetti & meatballs or tacos or fried chicken or pasta or etc.
Free Foods
artificially sweetened soda or coffee or tea or seltzer or club soda or etc.
Snacks
yogurt or popcorn or pretzels or etc.
If you are ever wanting some new reading material or interested in this "Woman's Day Real-Life Diet", order the magazine issue from your local library. This is a doable diet as you would not go into starvation mode with it. You would be satisfied.
I hope you like! Good luck!

Might work for you..?? I would not use artificial sweeteners - maybe a little real honey.. If I want to lose weight, I would change two meals a day to Neolife shake or Neolife bars. I have met one woman who lost 40 kilos. or 80 pounds using Neolife shakes. She was sitting in a wheelchair as she had MS, and she got better and could raise up from the chair. . You can read more at Neolife.com

Those are good goals. I wish you much success but remember that success doesn't come without effort.

Some diets are much too complicated to be of any use unless you have nothing else to do all day but prepare meals. I don't have breakfast but I never feel hungry either so that makes it easier. We have dinner about 7pm then I don't eat till about 11 or 12 am. I'm sure this has helped me lose weight.

I am diabetic and I hate eating breakfast, I do not say I skip, I just eat something a couple hours after I am up. I am not dieting I am just getting back on the diabetic way of eating.

I usually have only iced coffee breakfast. You know how the "experts" say not to miss breakfast... Thus, a Slim-Fast shake...
