Do you love to eat squash seeds?
It is one alternative I eat to ease boredom instead of eating salty or too spicy chips. I also love roasted, crispy corn kernels, but sometimes it also has lots of fats (oil) and salt which is not good for our health if taken too much.
Squash seeds has a nutty flavor which I love best. It has also some health benefits.I like it plain, instead of the ones with so much salt at the seed coat. It is a bit messy because the salt tends to stick to the fingers.
What do you eat when bored or while watching television/movies?

It is a good habit; reading books then having a good night's sleep.

So you are so health conscious, that's why you do not keep chips in your house?

@acelawrites If I have nice things in the house then I eat them.
I am trying to keep my weight down so it's best if I'm not tempted by having too many snack foods in the house saying 'eat me, eat me'!

For a healthy nibble, I slice cucumber or eat baby carrots. Otherwise I make my own popcorn.

Cashews and other nuts taste so good, but I can not eat them because of the uric acid in them; will cause arthritis attacks.
