Some Benefits of Drinking Apple Cider Vinegar?

I am sure that a lot of you know that drinking apple cider vinegar can be beneficial. I was watching a video from Dr. Eric Berg (on YouTube) and these are some of those benefits: It can help speed up digestion of food. It can also help your body absorb vitamins and minerals. Helps with your PH balance, which helps with acid reflux and things like that. It can help decrease gas and/or bloating. It can help break down proteins/amino acids. It can also help make glucose more sensitive, and improve blood sugar He recommends drinking 1 to 2 tablespoons a day. I mix mine with some water, lemon juice and a sweetener. Do you take apple cider vinegar? Do you think it has all these benefits?

I use it in my smoothies when I make them, I would never take it alone though, some say that is dangerous and to always mix it in something or you can cook with it as well.

That's good to add it to smoothies, or to cook with it. I would never drink it without adding water to it and diluting it.

@cintol Still feel some of the burn with it diluted....so I can imagine how bad it would be without diluting it.

It is not good for teeth enamel so I only use it in salad dressing, other recipes.

Yes, I should have added to drink it with a straw. But using it in recipes or as salad dressing sounds good.

I've used it in salad dressing before but I don't drink it in water. The kind you have to use in order to get these health benefits is raw apple cider vinegar with "the mother". Just the plain stuff isn't going to have the beneficial effects.

Yes, that is true that it has to be the raw, organic kind. That's good to use it in salad dressing.
