Oh, what a day yesterday. At least today is new and better. I'll continue on with my look at my favorite songs that have "time" in the title. I stole this idea from John Roberts, because it's a great idea and I have no shame. Here's the penultimate song on the list. #2: Twilight Time - Platters Yes, I know this "technically" doesn't qualify as the same kind of music that Alice Cooper did. But hey, the Platters are in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, so there! It doesn't matter. This is ONE INCREDIBLE SONG. Ooh, those voices. Oooh, those lyrics ("deepening shadows gather splendor as day is done, fingers of night will soon surrender the setting sun"). I used this in the "time of day" songs for "twilight." If I count down songs that have a "T" in their title, I'll use it again. I absolutely love the Platters.
