I don't know when it was processed. Remember I told you about my Netflix trial? I was charged during the trial. On Monday I contacted their support and the chat support rep told me he processed a refund. After work today, I checked my account. I got my money back. Good day to you and good night to me.

@jobelbojel My friend gave me a one-month subscription, they hacked Netflix and I used it only for a week, after that I can no longer use it. Netflix found out. Lol.

I am glad you got your refund. I hate when companies ask for your credit card during the "free trial", they should not be allowed.

I hate auto debit as well. However, I want to try Netflix because I don't go to cinema. DVDs are expensive.

@jobelbojel I buy DVDs from Amazon, if I buy 5 to 7 a month it costs less than Netflix and I can watch them as many times as I like.

Same thing happened to one of my friends, but I am not sure if it's on Netflix or iFlix. They charged him too and he still had to contact them to get his money back. I think they told him that is their policy, to charge the account, then refund... Maybe to verify if it's really a true account.
