30 Day Yoga Challenge: Yoga with Adriene

Fitness is one of the area I planned to focus in this year, as my health is deteriorating and I believe doing more exercise helps, especially practicing yoga. I started following this 30 day yoga challenge hosted by Yoga With Adriene from the beginning of January this year until now. Even if I have skipped one day, I practiced two days lessons on the next day. It's already been 21 days, and there are less than 10 day lesson left. Yoga with Adriene always hosts this 30 days challenge in January every year, I always wanted to follow, but I usually just did a few days then totally stopped. This is the first time I have followed until now, and I am sure I am going to complete this 30 day challenge. I also plan to just continue practicing these 30 day yoga lessons every month as I really like how the lessons or practices are being taught from day 1 until now, and it has already helped me feeling much better with my body. I meditate and do physical therapy on a daily. Both are really helping me balance everything out.

I bought a video of piyo it seems to be fun so far, not sure what kind of workout it is giving me yet. Good luck with the challenge
