Pathetic Ipomea seeds

Of the 30 seeds only 7 have germinated so far. I have no hopes for the rest as when I dug out one that had not germinated I saw it was in a disintegrated state.
Obviously most seeds are not potent. The supplier has mixed up old seeds. No doubt I will not order from them again but has written a stinker asking them to let me have a set of potent seeds. I have also written to Amazon about this
You gardeners out there please sympathise with me.

I had complained and what do you know they have already refunded. But I would have preferred a new set.

@allknowing It's all very well getting the money back but it is still inconvenient that you haven't got the seeds you wanted.
