Weather Changes Like a Person's Mood

While having a hair trim this morning, my hairdresser said the weather is so erratic; one minute it gets so cold, then later it will be warm, then cold again, and so on.
She said it is just like a person, who could be so happy in a moment, then suddenly would be snobbish and angry; or very lonely. I agreed with her laughing. I did not tell her that it is called mood swings which could be due to hormonal imbalance or due to the food we eat, as health experts say.
So many things are affecting a person's mood now; so many expectations, so many stressful situations. And I wish it would always be a happy mood for everyone!

@Mavic123456 you are right, although we can't avoid being pessimistic at times.

@acelawrites That is why doctors say depression goes up in the winter. We get the winter blues.

@acelawrites This is true and it's a good thing that humans can do nothing.

@acelawrites You're right. I wish, too, but no such luck.

And I always think of the John Lennon's song "Imagine," which makes me wish we can live in such an ideal world of peace and happiness.

The weather can definitely mess up your mood. I actually post my mood to my calendar. It's been lower than last month... but I know exactly what is causing it!! Yes, happy moods for everyone is my wish too!!

Experts say it is called "seasonal affective disorder" or SAD which is caused by the gloomy weather when there's no sunshine to enhance the production of happy hormone in the brain.

Nowhere does the weather vary more than in my home country! Just as well my moods don't depend on the weather - I'd be all over the place
