Pink crystal quartz is one of my favorites. They are also known as rose quartz.
I love these crystals for their healing properties. They are thought to promote self-esteem and self-confidence.
Pink crystal quartz is also known for helping with creativity. They are a stone used for relaxing and calming. Many Reiki therapists use them when working with people on a massage table because of their calming qualities.
If you are feeling stressed or anxiety hold a rose quartz and it does help.
This crystal is thought to keep you in a loving and forgive mood when you wear it.

This stone is very important, escpecially today when so many sffer from anxiety.

Yes, I would recommend having a few of them. The Bhudda belongs to my son. He carries it with him everywhere he goes. Like other stones you should clean them at least once a month and set them in the sun to recharge.

Yes, I believe they work and so does my son. I think it's all in what the person who uses them thinks and feels. If you believe they will work than they will work for you.

I know that one for a fact at least it works for my son. He suffers from panic attacks and carrying the pink quartz helped him.

I love all kinds of crystals, there's a store here that sells different kinds and people collect them, my wife bought a few. I love them for their beauty but I'm not sure if they really have supernatural powers, perhaps its because we get relaxed whem we look at them.

@whiteream it's possible cause they have electrical properties. Superman's cave had a lot of crystals where information from his former planet is stored.

Crystals are an interesting thing because some people believe that they can hold information and they hold the intend of whatever the person wants them to do.

I would love to see her collection. I am in several groups that share their knowledge of stones and crystals. It's a nice way to show off your collection.

I also collect crystals and gemstones as well as other rocks and minerals and love learning about their healing properties. I just started a course recently in crystal healing. Rose quartz is one of my favorites - so beautiful! And very soothing and full of loving vibrations. Thank you for sharing!
