I used to think that all the cold that I and my family members have been feeling is may be we are not so well or it is our personal situation. However, the news below shows that we have been right : So many records broken this season. And I have a feeling that the summers would also be quite tough!
NEW DELHI: The long and cold winter this season was the harshest the capital has seen in 13 years and the second harshest this century in terms of min.

They said the same here but I know that it's not true, because I write on my agenda the daily temperature every year and here it was not colder than the past years.

There was up and down in temperature and every thing will be upside down if Srinagar or Shimla get a snowfall.
